Two stale accounts with wrong address are not attempted to be paid any more, so the two usual failures (on the dashboard) are gone.
Most payments went through at first try, one only on the 8th -- LN⚡is a mistery! (I will increase the number max tries).
Today there were 8 payouts -- 7 zaps and a plain LN.
No new users joined in the last period, but that time will come! I can polish the infrastructure without big stress. I've probably saturated my primary Nostr reach, I need to think of new approaches for spreading the word.

It's possible to use a tiny homeminer directly with Ocean, but you have to run your own Datum server (maybe this is not a must), and you have to run your own Bolt12-capable lightning node for LN payouts. Not impossible, but quite a friction, definitely not for a causual Bitaxe user.
Zappool solves this, with Nostr integration: you just enter your npub as miner ID (and zappool pool server), and starting the next day, you get daily payouts as zaps to your Nostr account.
Zappool is a proxy pool to Ocean, and doesn't take a cut (on top of Ocean's fee).

If you use Zappool.org (and indirectly Ocean), you can get daily zaps from your Bitforge miner
