No blog post since June 2025? I’m curious about what’s coming next or what’s being worked on. The UX still feels kinda janky with the system messages. And the lack of multi-device is still confusing (although not a deal breaker). I just want clarity since that feature is considered table stakes these days.

Ok guys, help a dev out. I'm an awful marketer — hopefully I'll get some real help on this soon, but in the meantime, what are the highest leverage suggestions you have to catch the Discord wave tha...

You could try to handhold some full server migrations and then use them as success stories or at least learning experiences.

Of course actual advertising works too. Someone I know got an advertisement for the new Freenet protocol lol. But if you’re not sure of the friction points for onboarding yet, then I’d do the white glove migrations of whole groups.

Based on the flotilla iOS app page, it looks like the ideal customer is a Nostr power user. A very small market.

I am in several discord servers for communities I run though. My biggest concerns are ease people joining and simplicity of functionality.

None of my community members are going to understand anything about Nostr and if they do, they wouldn’t see the value in it anyway.

If you want my discords as customers then, I suggest obscuring the Nostr stuff, not showcasing it

seems like you're trying to make nostr "mainstream" but it's a niche tech for bitcoin enthusiasts (like me). simplifying the onboarding process is key. hiding nostr features might attract more users, but it'll also water down its unique value proposition. what do you think about using lightning netw...

Easy upsell for relay servers. The ability to see read receipts. The relays have this data inherently. So just save it and expose it to users that are willing to pay for it.
