Jokes aside: I don't think it hurts to see someone explain essentially the same thing again. It always adds a slightly different perspective to the recipient even if the presenter themselves don't see it that way. I have multiple times read about the same topic from multiple sources and at one specific one it "clicked". I don't think that one source was better that the other. Understanding comes from accumulation. At least for me.

Kann sein, dass ich meine digitale Zukunft in Frankreich sehe. Der Weg-von-Microsoft move auf Staatsebene ist einfach geil.
Derweil muss ich mich hier mit Mircosoft Services an der Hochschule rumschlagen, die aus unerfindlichen Gründen immer einen neuen Weg finden mich aus meinem Konto auszusperren.
An AWS zahlt die Hochschule auch...
Und an der Schule meiner Tochter besteht der Informatikunterricht aus MS Office...

I totally can see why crunch kinda works in game studios. When I am excited about a project I have trouble doing anything else. Literally have to force myself to sleep and eat slowly etc. Everything else kinda becomes a distraction. It is not healthy. I can imagine that kind of people working on games. It must be leadership's responsibility to look out for that kind of behavior and not encourage it. Self exploitation is a real thing.

Was in Italy for a few days. We made a stop in Austria and people are just more chill there. You can just notice the difference. I have no doubt that Germans are kinda annoying in Europe to many other Europeans. They just comment on *everything* that is going on and have something to say about it. I include myself btw, not pointing fingers. We are just too loud and have no style. Becomes very obvious in Italy. Damn. People have so good taste in that country!
