Solving the ledger spy implant issue is trivial, sell the devices as a DIY kit you need to assemble before using, the parts are those on the BOM, easily checkable, and the genuine checks for the software can work as they are now. And cypherpunks would love the assembly step :-)

Not a law, and poor chance it could ve enforceable, swap ETH to BTC, that gain is not taxes, then swap BTC to a stablecoin, no gain, nothing to tax either. That's just a poorly written amendment to the project of budget law.

PSA - Always generate nostr keys from a BIP39 seed, quantum resistant additions to nostr may depend on it and would not be compatible with simple nsec keys.
