401k/IRA funds are heavily constrained. Converting them into Bitcoin directly is financially punitive due to taxes and penalties.

Allocating to MSTR is far simpler within those accounts and offers exposure to amplified Bitcoin returns.

Of course, I’d prefer that capital be in cold storage, but given the structural limitations of retirement accounts, MSTR is arguably the most efficient option.

We’d be taking on counterparty risk either way with something like a Bitcoin ETF, so might as well hold an equity that’s actively increasing Bitcoin per share.

Why so risk averse?
