I love my 2020 MacBook Air with an M1 chip. Bought it refurb for $600 maybe 3 years ago now? Anything running windows is so jank now (filled with ads and bloat ware). Linux or Mac OS is the way to go for sure. I recently built a PC and had to spend quite a bit of time, even with the help of AI, cleaning up the windows experience and making an offline windows profile.

I would sunburn mostly my forehead and nose bridge, yes. Only places I would apply zinc ironically. I try and limit direct sun exposure to 3 hours before covering skin with clothing. I’m usually out during peak UV hours, the other day I had 5 hours direct sun but actually tanned up really nicely, I was quite surprised. I have an epic farmers tan from work this summer.

I started taking a fish oil capsule along with a multi and a couple other supplements including creatine. I feel like my inflammation is way down since starting. Especially trades work aches and pains (knees, lower back.) What should I look out for in adverse effects

Well put, and I agree. The sentiment of this post was the exact reason I switched to Knots support early in the debate. At this point now I’ve lost the plot because I really don’t know the technicals well enough. It’s always in hindsight when things become clear, I can’t believe how easily I was persuaded into buying and using the cold card while having a general understanding of the importance of open source software. I don’t know how this bip-110 will pan out but I do know it’s important to have developers and maintainers in the space that are decentralized, node runners that are decentralized, and miners that are decentralized. I worry about the future of mining decentralization. When the difficulty becomes so hard that only massive conglomerates are able to solve a block what happens then? Similar to housing now with banks and firms buying up the block inflating the market where only the most affluent can own. Fiat debasement is much to blame but that’s a different topic all together.
