@nprofile1q... @nprofile1q... Yeah, just kidding of course. Regarding moving abroad: I've done it twice in the past, and the social aspect is definitely a valid worry. Try to avoid getting lonely, because that's not fun at all.

I'm not sure who needs to hear this, but when you clone a Jira ticket, update the damn due date. Please. With a cherry on top?
@nprofile1q... And also any links to other issues. And basically every field that needs updating.
The developers of Funda and Rabobank seem to suddenly block alternative mobile OS's, like nostr:nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyd968gmewwp6kyqpqcqryj59gvlcgqht3afuqgxzck7nhynhzfelx43w2j6hy0qspkh6q764...

I think this points to the importance of a marketing team. Now, this is StatCounter, so grain of salt in the actual figures, but it's got Linux sitting at 4.39% worldwide desktop market share. That's ...

@nprofile1q... Ah, in that case I guess it _could_ indeed be a non-native speaker thing. I've heard examples where non-native speakers use a literal translation to English of something from their own language that has different connotations or even a different meaning from what they intend to say.
@nprofile1q... Nono, I meant the opposite: I think it’s _always_ insulting, not just when talking to Americans

Not to brag, but I just woke up from a 14 hr nap.
@nprofile1q... At 14 hours you’ve long since left Nap territory and are firmly established in Sleep country, close to the border with Coma.
