COUPLED vs UNCOUPLED
☠️ Why it’s dangerous ☠️
When people become uncoupled from the environment they were born into, the biological hit is harder and the risk of earlier death increases.
Case 1️⃣ Born near the equator, moved to high latitude
Equatorial biology expects strong UV light, stable day length, and daily solar reliability.
Dopamine, serotonin, melatonin, and cortisol are calibrated to that rhythm.
When moved to high latitude without preparation, winter brings low UV, short days, and artificial light with no infrared. Coherence is lost.
The brain doesn’t slowly adapt. It panics 🚨
❌ This is not a chemical imbalance.
✅ It’s a circadian and photonic mismatch.
In simple terms, the brain loses its clock.

Case 2️⃣ Born at high latitude, moved to low latitude
This case surprises people.
High-latitude natives are cold-adapted and DHA-dependent.
Their mitochondria are built for low light and seasonal darkness. They learned to survive by building:
✅dense mitochondrial networks,
✅ brown fat,
✅ cold exposure…
At first, it feels incredible. Energy and mood improve.
When exposed to intense sun without adjusting their habits, food, sleep, and timing, problems appear fast:
Sunburns
Skin issues
Inflammation
Hormonal chaos
Depression…
Why?
Because their biology expects cycles of cold and darkness, not endless summer.
If they resolve those problems with Redox,
they will be highly rewarded.
If not, uncoupling still happens, just in the opposite direction.
🤔 Why does mental illness show up in both cases?
🧮 Think of the human body like a solar calculator.
If it was designed to work in strong sun and you put it in the dark, it starts behaving strangely.
If it was designed for dim light and you blast it with sun all day, it overheats.
Nothing is wrong with the calculator.
It’s simply in the wrong environment.
Fix the environment or adjust and the problem disappears.
But one case has much more to fix than the other.

Highly melanated biological people are the ones who pay a higher price when uncoupled because we are more light-dependent.
Melanin is a semiconductor. It converts sunlight into biological order and function.
Remove photons☀️ and mitochondrial redox collapses.
The circadian clock desynchronizes.
Prefrontal cortex energy drops first.
Impulse control collapses, then the limbic system takes control, and symptoms appear:
Fear
Rage
Paranoia
Hyper-reactivity
Emotional volatility
Sickness
Depression
Anxiety
Seasonal disorder
Sleep disruption
Immune problems (me, lost my kidneys)
Mental illness, and everything in between, or all at once.
✅What society calls mental illness is often a biophysical emergency 🚨
Not only that: the more melanin you have, the more you absorb all frequencies of light, including EMF, RF, etc.
If we don’t change our way dramatically, we burn 🔥 biologically.
From the outside, society labels this as violent, chaotic, insane, criminal…
🧐For those who understand, this is a biophysical emergency.
That is why this shows up more visibly in melanated biological populations, because our biology depends more on sunlight.
This does not make one group better or worse 🙂↔️
It means different biological systems require different environments to remain functional.
Ignore this, chaos follows, and whole societies carry the burden
It is not politics.
It is not race.
It is light physics applied to human biology

Fix it.
In the “WINTER” this is not negotiable:
Embrace the cold. This is our sun.
In the presence of artificial light, cover the body head to toe.
Live farther from cities, or invest in EMF protection.
A carnivorous diet is our only food in the winter and preferably from seafood.
