After Chase debanked me and held my money hostage because I tried to liquidate 68% of my fiat to buy BTC, I was left with almost nothing. So I left the U.S. on March 1 and came to Brazil to access my Brazilian bank account. I’ve been here since, and I’ll be staying for three more months.
I know I’m in a high-EMF environment, but no regrets.
The sunrise in Rio de Janeiro is really beautiful 😍

Vitiligo as a circadian disorder.
Why melanin leaves the skin and goes inward.

When the light environment turns toxic, everything changes.

When we lose natural sunlight during the day and replace it with artificial blue light at night, the communication between melanin, mitochondria, and the brain breaks down. The skin no longer feels safe. Melanin retreats.

Melanin is not pigment. It’s a semiconductor, an antenna. It reads light and turns it into electron flow that powers mitochondria.

When sunlight is full-spectrum and timed correctly, melanin moves to the surface and says: “This is safe. Make energy.”

When light is artificial, blue-heavy, and mistimed, it says: “Retreat. Protect the core.”

Vitiligo is not pigment loss. It’s pigment relocation.

The body is making a survival decision.

When the light signal becomes chaotic, low UV, low infrared, high blue light, EMFs, poor redox, the brain shifts strategy. It pulls melanin inward to protect organs that matter most, like the brain and heart.

The skin becomes expendable.

Same logic as extreme cold. The body sacrifices fingers to save the core.

Vitiligo is that same survival move, but with light.

Freckles and vitiligo are opposites.
Freckles = adaptation to strong natural light.
Vitiligo = response to a hostile light environment.

At the center of this is one system:

Sunlight, melanin, DHA, water, mitochondria.

Sunlight hits melanin.
Melanin moves electrons.
Mitochondria use those electrons to make energy.

Inside the cell, water is not just water. As shown by Gerald Pollack, it forms structured water, a battery that stores energy when hit by infrared light.

This is how light becomes energy in the body.

Break the light environment, and the system collapses.

No sunrise.
Too much artificial light at night.
Low DHA.
Chronic EMF exposure.

Redox drops. Circadian rhythm breaks. The brain loses timing. Hormones, immunity, and repair fail.

Then comes what medicine calls “autoimmune.”

But from a light perspective, the body is adapting.

Melanin is reduced at the surface because the environment is no longer safe for it to operate there.

Even deeper, melanin exists in the brain as neuromelanin. This tells us it’s part of a larger electrical and photonic network, not just skin color.

And without DHA, that network fails.

DHA builds the retina and brain membranes that convert light into electrical signals. No DHA, no proper light signaling.

So the real question is not “how do we treat vitiligo?”

It’s: how do we fix the light environment?

Start simple. This is where power is.

See the sunrise every day. This sets the clock and prepares the body for UV light later.

Get real darkness at night. Melatonin is a mitochondrial repair molecule, not just a sleep hormone.

Touch the Earth. Grounding brings electrons that support redox.

Eat seafood rich in DHA. This upgrades the system’s ability to use light.

Reduce artificial EMFs where possible.

When the environment becomes safe again, melanin returns.

Because melanin is not gone. It moved to protect us.

And there’s an even deeper layer.

Research suggests that melanin split water using light, similar to photosynthesis.
The human body is far more light-powered than we’ve been told.

Which means this:

Most modern disease is not just biology.

It’s a mismatch between our mitochondria and our light environment.

Fix the light, and the system begins to remember what it was designed to do.

⚠️ A mayday signal. ⚠️

When Dr. Kruse says melanin “comes from inside the brain and moves to the skin,” he’s speaking in quantum-biologic language, not literal anatomy.

In a healthy body, melanin and light are organized as one coherent network; brain, eyes, and skin communicating perfectly through photons.
But when redox collapses (from artificial light, EMF, poor diet, lack of DHA, or sleep mismatch), that internal light coherence breaks.

Melanin, which normally acts like a biophotonic capacitor inside the brain, can no longer hold the charge.
So it gets “pushed” outward… the body’s desperate attempt to discharge chaos.
The result?
Freckles and spots appear; visible echoes of internal light loss.
They rise to the surface to catch the light they’re starving for.

🧠 When melanin leaves the brain, it’s a mayday signal. Your mitochondria are losing their sunlight memory.

What Freckles Really Are 🧐

Freckles (melanocytic spots) are solar memories stored in the skin… small, organized concentrations of melanin made by melanocytes in response to sunlight.

Think of each freckle as a mini solar panel, a pigment capacitor that absorbs, distributes, and transforms solar energy into usable electricity for your mitochondria.

They’re not “random” or cosmetic flaws.
They’re your skin’s intelligent way of balancing photon intake with free-radical defense.

☠️ Why Removing Freckles Is Dangerous?

Destroying freckles through lasers, chemical peels, or bleaching creams disconnects your skin–light–mitochondria communication network.

Here’s what goes wrong:

1️⃣You erase your solar calibration
Freckles act as latitude sensors; adjusting how much UV light your body can safely absorb.
Remove them, and your skin loses its built-in photon filter.
➡️ UV penetrates too deep = mitochondrial DNA damage = inflammation = faster aging = higher cancer risk.

2️⃣You break circadian communication
Melanin works with melatonin, dopamine, and MSH(Melanocyte-Stimulating Hormone), the trio that tells your body when it’s day or night.
Erase surface melanin, and the brain loses accurate light feedback.
➡️ Sleep, mood, and hormones drift out of sync.

3️⃣You destroy your biophoton network
Melanin is a semiconductor, not just pigment.
Each freckle is a node in the body’s fiber-optic light grid.
Remove it, and you cut the current linking your skin, nerves, and Earth’s magnetic field.
➡️ Coherence drops = redox weakens = chaos rises.

4️⃣You confuse your immune system
Freckles mark stable, organized melanin.
Destroying them releases damaged pigment and proteins, leading to immune confusion and chronic inflammation.

Erase a freckle, and you erase your solar memory.
Melanin is your body’s black box … not a beauty flaw.

🌅 What to Do Instead

If freckles darken or multiply, your body isn’t failing, it’s warning, it’s like… the light changed and our mitochondria screamed, ABORT MISSION!
We need to recalibrate!

Fix the cause, not the symptom:
✅ See sunrise daily; retrain melanin and reset circadian rhythm.
✅ Eat cold-water seafood rich in DHA; rebuild redox and melanin conductivity.
✅ Embrace cold & grounding; recharge the electron flow.
✅ Avoid blue light at night; let melatonin repair skin.

👶🏻 In Simple Words

Freckles are little solar panels that help the skin talk to the Sun.
When we bleach or burn them, the skin forgets how to listen, and the Sun becomes too strong, hurting the cells.

🤔Why Dr Jack says “5G is not so bad Until You Understand What Makes It Deadly.”

📡 Most people are taught one simple idea:
Closer to the antenna equals more radiation.
Farther away equals less radiation.

That idea comes from the inverse square law. It says energy spreads out as distance increases, so intensity drops fast as you move away.

That law is true ONLY when the transmitter output is fixed but 5G breaks that assumption 😨

Here’s the missing context.
A 5G antenna does not broadcast at one constant power all day.
It is adaptive.

Think of it like a speaker system🔈
If nobody is listening, the volume stays low🔉
If a crowd shows up and everyone starts shouting requests, the system cranks the volume, focuses the sound, and never gets a rest 🔊

Like in a a concert venue.
With a small crowd, the speakers play quietly.
As more people arrive, the sound engineer turns the volume up so everyone can hear.
You didn’t move closer to the speakers.
The system just amplified the signal so everyone can hear louder and clearer.
More users need more power, and more power = more exposure everywhere.

Our cells feel pressure, not distance.

📡5G works the same way.
In a small beach town in winter:
Few people
Few phones
Low data demand
Low beam intensity
Short transmission bursts

Our mitochondria can often tolerate that better.

☀️In summer:
Thousands of phones
Video uploads
Streaming
Navigation
Payments
Social media
Always-on connections

⚠️The antenna responds by:
Increasing power
Tightening beams
Increasing pulse density
Staying active longer

Same tower.
Same distance.
Very different biological exposure 😳
MORE DAMAGE to our mitochondria.

Why “usage” matters as much as distance?
This is where people get confused.

The inverse square law assumes:
One transmitter
Fixed output
Continuous wave

5G does this instead:
Dynamic power scaling
Beamforming
Massive MIMO (many input, many output)
Rapid pulsing
“Targeted” directional energy 👀

So the REAL equation becomes:
👉🏻Distance x Power x Time x Pulsing x Directionality

When usage spikes, power and duty cycle spike.
That means:
Even if you did not move closer to the antenna,
The antenna effectively moved closer to you 🫵🏻

That is biological side most engineers ignore.
Our body is not damaged by “radiation” in the sci-fi sense.
It is damaged by loss of timing and voltage control.

High usage means:
More pulses per second
More interference with calcium channels
More mitochondrial redox stress
More circadian confusion

This is why symptoms often appear:
In tourist season
During festivals
In summer
At night when usage peaks

People say “nothing changed.”
But everything changed in the invisible layer.

@DrJackKruse keeps pointing at, that 5G are dangerous but becomes MORE dangerous when:
Population density rises
Data hunger rises
Light environment is already broken
People are indoors under LEDs and so on…

The antenna are the weapons 💥🔫
but our lifestyle pulls the trigger many time. 💥💥💥🔫

That’s why:
A quiet beach town can feel healing in winter
And unbearable in summer
Without a single new tower being installed

The real takeaway for us it that:
Distance is not the only variable.
Usage turns the volume knob.

We don’t just ask:
“How far am I from the antenna?”

We ask:
“How many people are using it right now?”
“What time of day?”
“What season?”
“What light environment am I already living in?”

Physics always comes first.
Biology always pays the bill.

COUPLED vs UNCOUPLED
☠️ Why it’s dangerous ☠️

When people become uncoupled from the environment they were born into, the biological hit is harder and the risk of earlier death increases.

Case 1️⃣ Born near the equator, moved to high latitude
Equatorial biology expects strong UV light, stable day length, and daily solar reliability.
Dopamine, serotonin, melatonin, and cortisol are calibrated to that rhythm.

When moved to high latitude without preparation, winter brings low UV, short days, and artificial light with no infrared. Coherence is lost.
The brain doesn’t slowly adapt. It panics 🚨

❌ This is not a chemical imbalance.
✅ It’s a circadian and photonic mismatch.

In simple terms, the brain loses its clock.
I’ll be back here later 👀

Case 2️⃣ Born at high latitude, moved to low latitude
This case surprises people.

High-latitude natives are cold-adapted and DHA-dependent.
Their mitochondria are built for low light and seasonal darkness. They learned to survive by building:
✅dense mitochondrial networks,
✅ brown fat,
✅ cold exposure…

At first, it feels incredible. Energy and mood improve.

When exposed to intense sun without adjusting their habits, food, sleep, and timing, problems appear fast:
Sunburns
Skin issues
Inflammation
Hormonal chaos
Depression…

Why?
Because their biology expects cycles of cold and darkness, not endless summer.

If they resolve those problems with Redox,
they will be highly rewarded.
If not, uncoupling still happens, just in the opposite direction.

🤔 Why does mental illness show up in both cases?

🧮 Think of the human body like a solar calculator.
If it was designed to work in strong sun and you put it in the dark, it starts behaving strangely.
If it was designed for dim light and you blast it with sun all day, it overheats.

Nothing is wrong with the calculator.
It’s simply in the wrong environment.
Fix the environment or adjust and the problem disappears.

But one case has much more to fix than the other.

Back to Case 1️⃣
⚠️ Be aware, I’m talking about physics only ⚠️

Highly melanated biological people are the ones who pay a higher price when uncoupled because we are more light-dependent.
Melanin is a semiconductor. It converts sunlight into biological order and function.

Remove photons☀️ and mitochondrial redox collapses.
The circadian clock desynchronizes.
Prefrontal cortex energy drops first.
Impulse control collapses, then the limbic system takes control, and symptoms appear:
Fear
Rage
Paranoia
Hyper-reactivity
Emotional volatility
Sickness
Depression
Anxiety
Seasonal disorder
Sleep disruption
Immune problems (me, lost my kidneys)
Mental illness, and everything in between, or all at once.

✅What society calls mental illness is often a biophysical emergency 🚨

Not only that: the more melanin you have, the more you absorb all frequencies of light, including EMF, RF, etc.
If we don’t change our way dramatically, we burn 🔥 biologically.

From the outside, society labels this as violent, chaotic, insane, criminal…
🧐For those who understand, this is a biophysical emergency.

That is why this shows up more visibly in melanated biological populations, because our biology depends more on sunlight.

This does not make one group better or worse 🙂‍↔️

It means different biological systems require different environments to remain functional.
Ignore this, chaos follows, and whole societies carry the burden

It is not politics.
It is not race.
It is light physics applied to human biology

Some warn us @DrJackKruse
Others use it against us (Dr. Fauci, Bill Gates (chemtrails), and the WHO)

Fix it.
In the “WINTER” this is not negotiable:
Embrace the cold. This is our sun.
In the presence of artificial light, cover the body head to toe.
Live farther from cities, or invest in EMF protection.
A carnivorous diet is our only food in the winter and preferably from seafood.

And remember: It goes both ways 1️⃣&2️⃣
REDOX is the answer.

That is your 3 pillars sleep cycles, If one hand is off, the whole clock is out of sync and sleep apnea occur.

Imagine those 3 pillars as a clock ⏰:
1️⃣ ☀️ Sunlight = the hour hand
2️⃣ 🌑 Darkness = the minute hand
3️⃣ ❄️ Temperature = the second hand

🤔 How this works?

1️⃣☀️LIGHT
Morning Sun Programs Our Brainstem.
Sunrise light hits our retina and tells the SCN (suprachiasmatic nucleus, the master clock in our brain) to start the 24-hour program…

That program sets:
➡️ when cortisol should peak
➡️ when melatonin is built
➡️ when body temperature should rise or fall
➡️ when breathing rhythm should stabilize
➡️ how our autonomic nervous system fires,…

If we miss sunrise:
⚠️ Our internal 24-hour clock becomes corrupted.
This is a circadian software glitch.
A glitch in this program = apnea later at night.

And it’s not only about seeing the sunrise once.
Living in sunlight during the day is the number one upgrade for almost everything, not just sleep apnea or “vitamin D”

2️⃣🌑DARKNESS
Melatonin is the Breath-Stabilizing Molecule…
Darkness is not “the absence of light.”
Darkness is a signal

When the retina senses real darkness, the brain says: “Release the melatonin we built all day long.”

Melatonin is the molecule of repair:
👍🏻lowers inflammation
👍🏻increases mitochondrial efficiency
👍🏻stabilizes CO₂ sensing in the brainstem
👍🏻keeps airway muscles open
👍🏻synchronizes the breathing rhythm

Without true darkness:
➡️ melatonin stays trapped = not released
➡️ the brainstem cannot hold a stable breathing pattern
➡️ apnea starts
Blue light at night destroys CO₂ sensing; the primary signal our brainstem uses to trigger breathing and:
⚠️ circadian mismatch
⚠️ melatonin drops
⚠️ brainstem mitochondria lose energy
⚠️ they stop sensing CO₂ correctly

When CO2, sensing fails, we stop breathing and wake up over and over without knowing

Fix it:
🕯️candles at night
🧥Cover your skin from artificial light heat to toes
😎Wear blue-blocking glasses
😴 Be asleep before 10pm

Dr Jack says this often:
“Melatonin is the CEO of nighttime repair”
No CEO = chaos

3️⃣❄️TEMPERATURE
The Final Switch That Lets Melatonin Work

This is the part we heard on the podcast and very few people really understand.

👀Even if:
we get sunrise
we have perfect darkness
…melatonin still won’t release
unless our core temperature drops at night.

Why?
Because we evolved with hot days and cool nights.
Temperature is the ⏰ seconds hand.
If we can’t cool down, melatonin won’t rise = sleep breaks and apnea shows up.

❄️ How to drop temperature at night?

✅ after sunset 🕯️
✅ Open windows and let fresh air in
✅ AC? Ok, just keep it in another room.
The bedroom should stay cool (16–19°C / 60–67°F) and free of electronics
✅ Use cotton, linen, or bamboo bedsheets = breathe and don’t trap heat.
✅ Grounding reduces inflammation, makes it easier for the body to cool
✅ Cold face dunk:
Fill a bowl with cold tap water (or a few ice cubes)
Hold your breath, put the face in for 5–10 seconds. Repeat 2–3 times.
This activates the mammalian diving reflex and lowers:
heart rate
body temperature
stress hormones
and prepares us for deep parasympathetic sleep.
✅ Shower at night? Only if keep the cool water on arms, legs, and face, NOT the chest.
Cooling the chest at night = spike cortisol.
Cortisol = “rise and shine”
We need melatonin to sleep, not cortisol.

❌ No workouts after 5pm. It heats us deeply = delay nighttime cooling.
❌ No electronics in the bedroom
❌ No memory foam mattresses = trap heat and EMF
❌ No synthetic bedsheets = trap heat and create static
❌ Don’t cover feet or head.
Warm extremities = warm core
❌ No alcohol / food after dark.
Digestion = heat.
❌ No hot or cold bath right before bed.
This one is a paradox and deserves its own post (the timing and environment after the bath decide whether we cool or overheat)

All food on this planet is an electromagnetic barcode and our mitochondria can read.
When we eat food that doesn’t match our light environment, our body answers with inflammation. 🔥

🧐 How It Really Works…

Light and Food = One Code, One Language
Every plant captures the light spectrum of its local sunlight while growing.
That light becomes stored as electrons and protons inside the food’s water, carbon bonds, and DHA-like molecules.

When we eat food grown under a different sun; for example, tropical fruit during a dark winter, our mitochondria get conflicting messages; it says:
our body is living in one season of light, but our food says another.
That mismatch scrambles our circadian rhythm, desynchronizes hormones, and fuels inflammation.

🌞 Food Carries the Signature of Its Latitude and Season.

Fruits grown near the equator hold high solar frequencies and plenty of fructose, they’re designed for long, bright days.
But when we in Norway or the U.S. winter eat a mango or banana, our body gets the wrong signal:
“It’s summer, make dopamine and reproduce!”
👀 Meanwhile, the light outside says, “Hibernate.”

Result?

Mitochondrial mismatch = insulin resistance, fatigue, and depression.

🧬 Our mitochondria try to adapt to that signal, and burn out in the process.

Now let’s talk about Deuterium and Water Coherence.
Local, seasonal plants match the deuterium level (heavy hydrogen) of their environment.

Tropical fruits are high in deuterium. Cold-region foods like seafood, fat, and root vegetables are low.
If we live in a low-sunlight area but eat high-deuterium foods, our ATP turbines slow down, our redox potential drops, and our disease risk rises.

@DrJackKruse calls this:

“Eating tropical light codes under polar light frequencies; that’s metabolic suicide.”

🌍 Grounding and Magnetism Are Local Codes Too.
Local foods carry the same magnetic flux and microbial signature as our environment.
Imported foods bring foreign electromagnetic and microbiome signals that our gut can’t decode properly.

Result: poor digestion, inflammation, and immune confusion.

⚡ The Light in Food Determines How Electrons Flow.
Each food delivers different frequencies of stored light to our mitochondria.
Local food it means; electrons that match our local sunlight = smooth flow, high ATP, low oxidative stress.

Non-local food = foreign light codes = confusion, less energy, more heat and ROS (reactive oxygen species).

💧 Water and Magnetism Fall Out of Tune.
When our food’s light code doesn’t match our latitude, our EZ water (exclusion zone) inside mitochondria shrinks.

Why?

Because the light from our food no longer builds proper charge separation in water.
Less structured water = less voltage = less ATP.

“The straight pathway for ATP is light-dependent.
The moment we mismatch our light and food, we reroute energy through chaos.” — Dr. Kruse

⚡ Nature’s Law: Match the Light You Eat to the Light You Live Under.

Question: Would you invest all your savings in a banana farm in a place where bananas can’t grow?
Of course not.
The plants would die.
The same applies to our biology.

When we eat food that doesn’t grow under our local sun, our cells lose their compass, inflammation rises, and disease follows.
🌞 Eat local.
🌍 Eat seasonal.
🧬 Eat the light that matches your sky.

Cancer is fundamentally a mitochondrial metabolic disease.
Tumor cells depend on two “fermentation” fuels(glucose and the amino acid glutamine) to keep their rapid growth engine running.
This reliance is the modern expression of the classic Warburg effect, where cancer cells favor glycolysis (glucose..lactate) even when oxygen is plentiful, and they also use glutaminolysis to generate substrate‑level phosphorylation inside the mitochondria.

Because many parasites use the very same metabolic pathways (they too rely heavily on glucose and glutamine for energy), anti‑parasitic drugs such as benznidazole, febendazole and ivermectin can be surprisingly effective against certain cancers. These agents disrupt the enzymes and mitochondrial processes that both parasites and cancer cells need to maintain their fermentative metabolism, essentially “starving” the tumor.

Tumor cells are incapable of switching to fatty acids or ketone bodies as primary fuels when glucose and glutamine are removed. Unlike normal adult cells, which can readily oxidize fats and ketones through efficient mitochondrial respiration, cancer cells remain locked into their primitive, low‑efficiency energy strategy. In other words, as a primitive, single‑celled‑like organism, they lack the metabolic flexibility to perform oxidative phosphorylation on fatty acids or ketones. This metabolic inflexibility is what makes a ketogenic, low‑glucose/low‑glutamine approach a powerful adjunct to conventional cancer therapy.
