I forgot how much fevers suck. Y’all I have gotten sick like 6 times this year. Any tips to improve immunity? I am struggling!!!

Eat steak, eggs, & oysters.
Cook with grass fed beef tallow.
Take bromelain & quercetin w food.
Take vit D in the mornings.
Drink Figi (silica) water.
Get sun & proper sleep.

Liver seemed to have negative effects for me. Sluggishness maybe from too much VitA. Supposedly chicken liver could work, but I think oysters cover anything not already obtained from eggs & steak.
