Honestly some of the most actionable and useful advice I've gotten online over the past year is @Steven Lubka saying to go in the sun and walk more, and categorizing all the science behind it.

I don't really remember most of what came across my way on Twitter over the year, mostly a bunch of macro bullshit, but now in the morning I immediately go and get some sun if it's out.

Walking gives us time to think. There is so much information to consume, but if you don’t prioritise digesting of the information through thought, then it has no purpose.

Idk who Steven is but I’ve realized recently that sun exposure is critical to mental and physical health. Has me looking to move below the 36th parallel so I can get year round sunlight. Onward.

Same here honestly they stuck with me and I made it a daily thing!

Walking in the Sunshine with my Dog 🐕 is the most consistent thing I do. I often like to put my bare feet on grass too.

I read this sitting in the garden, drinking tea and the sun is shining. That rare moment our intellects align.
