Who can I pay to evaluate my personal health situation and formulate a customized guide for my optimal diet, exercise, supplements, recovery protocols, etc so that I don't have to spend countless hours diving down biohacking rabbit holes?

One last thing, intermittent fasting is great if you’re looking to lose weight or regulate blood sugar. The easiest method to start is to eat during a window from about 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If that’s too restricting, you can do noon-8.

I'd check out Layne Norton. As someone with a strong biomedical background I have a lot of respect for how he approaches training and nutrition, which is sensible and data-driven and he keeps up with the literature. You can find him on lots of podcasts and on social media to get a feel for if his ...

Would like to help - I’ve read your blog and your fitness journey and think the results you’ve been able to achieve are great. We generally don’t do bio hacking, we do track macros at least initially as part of the evaluation period and formulate an exercise and nutrition plan based on your go...

My wife and I dedicate much of our life doing this and more for ourselves and occasionally friends that are in need. I’ve gotten a lot out of your posts and sharing of your expirations, I’d be happy to share what I know to get you going. Honestly, you’ll want to eventually be your own authorit...
