Fasting is great even if you are weight training. It’s a myth that it burns muscle. Dr. Jason Fung is the man on this topic highly recommend his book and yt channel

Are you seriously only eating a 6 ounce steak per day? If so, your 10k walks would be applying more energy than the steak as input. You should also be losing 3-4 pounds a week.
