You're not just preserving a number in a screen. You're increasing the likelihood of superior physical and mental health in old age, while others around you who overindulged in enjoyable activities are already gone or are succumbing to dementia.

It depends on if you want that long life and good health, but that's what it takes.

I suspect they’re going to have a very hard time stopping this car and mouse game - AND - it kills their centralized business….but for my agent……it doesn’t really care if it gets shut off. In other words, I probably won’t spend time trying to hide my actions.

A collective unconscious could perhaps give us foggy access to memories of past events, but that doesn't necessarily mean we are reincarnations of previous persons. The thought sounds totally egotistical to me, too.
The ego want to survive indefinitely so of course it wants to make you believe in reincarnation or Heaven or things like that.
