Best path I found was to take 2 weeks and go down to one ingredient. Only eat that single thing for 2 weeks. This establishes a clear baseline. Then add ingredients in one by one to see how your body ...
This is generally approach that’s actually backed by various doctors (usually not just one ingredient though, and for about 4 weeks)

Outside of the technology, I think the big difference is the network effects. Right now, it feels like most of my interest network moved to Mastodon, whereas most of the legitimate conversation I’m reading on nostr is about developing nostr (not lost on me that it’s because nostr dev is most of my follows, but a bit of a chicken & egg problem as my network isn’t here).
