"Is it necessary?" If you are asking this question, it is clearly not "necessary".

You've already made some huge progress.

Apple is actually pretty good on privacy and security, except for *privacy from Apple*.

My recommendation would be to spend some time getting comfortable with your current setup before making any more major changes. Privacy fatigue is real.

On mobile, GrapheneOS is the only option that would be an upgrade from iOS.

On desktop, going from Mac to Linux is a tough call. You'll get substantially worse security, but better privacy from big tech.

Done. 4 pull-ups every minute for 1hr. Hands are destroyed. Proof of work pics attached haha. https://blossom.primal.net/60324452e5f0ee9a21d1b63409df0ef0df26ee04580567bca27911d3df510293.jpg https://...

Hands destroyed due to improper grip. Trying to wrap hands too far over the bar. Feels like a stronger grip, but you see the result as your hands slide down during the set.

Instead, grip with calluses just below the centerline of the bar, fingers above it. Your hands will thank you.

(Same grip should be used for deadlifting.)

Paul Rosenberg predicted this in Breaking Dawn (2016).

https://www.amazon.com/Breaking-Dawn-Paul-Rosenberg/dp/0979987768

Think of it as Mandibles, but from the perspective of 1) people who have fled (or are fleeing) the major cities; and 2) the ruling elites.

A caveat about the third part of the book: I found it interesting, but disappointing in terms of the plot. It is likely to annoy both atheists and Christians (in particular, but not exclusively).

> There are no sides...now here are the sides...
😂

The existence of a BIP necessarily creates sides.

That doesn't mean either side is monolithic.

It is possible to oppose spam while also opposing a particular proposed solution to spam.

> it's incredibly stupid to judge BIP-110 because people you dislike are yelling

It's not just random people yelling. It's the leading proponents. Seems like a red flag. And I didn't even dislike them prior to the yelling.

> If you want civilized discourse you're really just asking for centralized decision making.

If you believe this, I think you have failed to understand bitcoin (and free markets, and the entire history of western civilization).
