Eat the fats humans have been eating for the longest.
How long have we been eating each fat??
Animal Fats (2.5 million years)
Butter (6000 yrs)
Coconut Oil (1000's of yrs)
Olive Oil (1000's of yrs)
Avocado Oil (1000's of yrs)

AVOID
Soybean oil: ~100 years
Corn oil: ~130 years
Canola oil: ~50 years
Peanut oil: ~200 years
Sunflower oil: ~200 years
Cottonseed oil: ~140 years
NO meaningful evolution of human physiology has occurred in the last 200 years, we are not adapted to seed oils. They are an evolutionary mismatch.

Butter for 6k yrs is only true for the English, and I don't believe for a second that we've been eating any of those oils longer than 50 years. Even that's a stretch for most people. And coconut should be at least as long as animal fats. Ideal human diet : coconut and beef. You'll probably live fo...

the real reason Coconut, Olive and Avocado are good is because they are hot-climate oils which means they are chemically similar to Animal fat which comes from Warm-Blooded animals. it has nothing to do with how long people were eating them. or do you think your Scandinavian Ancestors were eating ...
